Property Maintenance: The client agrees to maintain the property in a neat and tidy condition and to remove any obstacles, such as toys, furniture, or other items, from the lawn prior to each mowing service. If the client fails to remove such items, the service provider may mow around them or move them, and the client will be charged an additional fee for this service.

Scope of Services: The lawn mowing and whipper snipping services provided by the service provider do not include garden beds, paved or stone areas, or areas deemed not part of the lawn by the service provider.

Access to Property: The client agrees to provide the service provider with unrestricted access to the property during the agreed upon service hours.

Hazardous Conditions: The client acknowledges that there are no hazardous conditions on the property, including but not limited to, underground utilities, sharp objects, holes, or other hazards that could pose a risk to the Service Provider or its employees while performing the services outlined in the agreement.

 Weather Conditions: The client understands that mowing services may need to be postponed due to inclement weather conditions. In such cases, the service provider will reschedule the service at a later date.

Animals: The client agrees to remove or securely restrain all pets, livestock, and other animals from the lawn area prior to the arrival of the service provider. The service provider reserves the right to cease services to the property if animals are present. If the services are ceased due to the presence of animals, the client will still be charged for the scheduled lawn mowing services.

Animal waste: The client agrees to remove all animal waste from the lawn area prior to the arrival of the service provider for the lawn mowing services. In the event that animal waste is present on the lawn area during the performance of the services, the service provider reserves the right to cease the services until the waste is cleared. If the services are ceased due to the presence of animal waste, the Client will still be charged for the scheduled lawn mowing services.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party and at least 72 hour prior to a scheduled service. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay the service provider for all services performed up to the date of termination.

Pricing: The cost of lawn mowing services will be based on the size of the lawn, terrain, frequency of mowing, and any additional services requested. A quote will be provided to the customer before any services are performed.

Payment Terms: Payment for services will be due upon completion of the work. The service provider accepts payment by cash or bank transfer. (Does not apply to one-time mowing service see point (17).

Late Payments: Unpaid invoices will incur a fee of $10 for every 7 day period past due.

Cancellations: The customer may cancel a scheduled mowing service with 48 hours notice. If the customer cancels with less than 48 hours notice, they will be charged a fee of 50% of the total quoted price. 

Property Damage: The service provider will take reasonable care to avoid damaging the customer's property while performing the mowing services. However, the customer acknowledges that some damage may occur as a result of the mowing services. The service provider will not be liable for any property damage that is deemed to be accidental and outside of the service provider's control.

Customer Satisfaction: The service provider strives to provide high-quality lawn mowing services and to exceed the customer's expectations. If the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the mowing services, they should contact the service provider within 12 hours of the completion of the work to discuss a resolution.

Limitation of Liability: The service provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of lawn mowing services.

Non-payment: The lawn mowing service provider reserves the right to use a collection agency to recover any outstanding debts.The client agrees to pay all reasonable collection and legal fees incurred by the lawn mowing service provider in the process of collecting any outstanding debts.

One-time mowing services: Full payment is required prior to the start of the service.

Acceptance of Terms: By accepting the quote for lawn mowing services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
